Logging in

To login from the Products tab:

1. Enter your Username and Password.
2. Click the Login button.

The Login box appears on the Products tab until you login; then it no longer displays, and the Login link on the right side of the screen becomes a Logout link.

Searching for Products

Search for products by name or number. To search for products:

1. Select By Name or By Number from the dropdown list.
2. Enter all or part of the product name or number.
3. Click the Find It button.

All matching results will be returned in the Products section.

Viewing the mini-cart and checking out

A mini-cart displays your current order items, the quantity, price, and subtotal. Click the Go to Cart button to start the checkout process.

Accessing Shortcuts

The Shortcuts directory displays shortcut links to various activities once you have logged in. Prior to logging in, just the Send Files link is available. After login, click a shortcut link to go directly to that area of the site.

Sending files

To send files directly to the shop:

1. Click the Send Files link in the Shortcuts directory on the Products tab.
2. Select the Upload a File button.
3. In the Upload window, Browse to the file and select it.
4. Enter any comments you feel are necessary.
5. Click the Upload button. A confirmation displays when the upload is complete. Click the Upload Another button if you wish to upload additional files. Otherwise, click the Done button.

Downloading the PDF Driver

To install the PrintMessenger PDF Driver:

1. Click either Windows or Mac. The Install window opens.
2. Click the Install button and follow the prompts through the installation wizard.

Once the installation is complete, the PrintMessenger PDF Driver can be selected in the standard print dialog box. The PDF Driver carries the name of the site portal.

Browsing the Product Catalog

The Product Catalog contains several Categories, each of which may contain multiple categories and products. To browse the Product Catalog:

1. Click a category name.
2. The products and categories within the selected category are displayed.
3. Select another category to browse, or select a product. When a product is selected, the product page for the selected product opens.

From within the Product page, name the job and select or enter a quantity, attach files, supply customization details, update previews, open proofs, select the I've Reviewed and Approve this Job, and add it to your cart. To continue browsing, click the Products tab.
